If you use ContioReach on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
ContioReach is a headless CMS built for blog content and content operations. Depending on your plan and product configuration, ContioReach may provide features for:

ContioReach may allow you to create or access one or more workspaces depending on your plan. A workspace may represent a website, blog, brand, client, or other content property.

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, create, import, or store through ContioReach. We do not claim ownership of your Customer Content.

You grant ContioReach a limited, non exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, modify, and display Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and provide the service.
This license does not give ContioReach ownership of your Customer Content.
You are responsible for the Customer Content you submit to ContioReach. You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and authority necessary to use and process that content through the service.

ContioReach may use artificial intelligence to help users create, analyze, optimize, rewrite, or manage content. AI features may include:

ContioReach does not guarantee that AI generated content will:

We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable steps to protect ContioReach and its users.
ContioReach may provide APIs, API keys, webhooks, integrations, and other developer functionality. You are responsible for securing credentials associated with these features.

We may apply throttling or temporary restrictions where reasonably necessary to protect platform stability, prevent abuse, or maintain service quality.
We may update the ContioReach API as the platform evolves.

ContioReach may offer free trials or promotional access. Trial duration, feature availability, and payment requirements may vary.
Where a trial does not require payment information, you will not be charged unless you actively choose a paid subscription.
Where a trial automatically converts into a paid subscription, that condition will be disclosed before you begin the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You may continue using your paid features until the subscription period ends.
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refund requests are handled according to the ContioReach Refund Policy.
If a separately signed agreement contains different refund terms, that agreement will control.
You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
Upgrades may take effect immediately and may result in prorated billing adjustments. Downgrades may take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You are responsible for reviewing plan limits before changing your subscription.
ContioReach may offer additional paid capacity for resources such as:
Additional charges will be disclosed before purchase or according to the applicable billing configuration.
You are responsible for charges resulting from capacity you intentionally purchase or authorize.

Changes to subscription pricing generally apply to future billing periods rather than charges already paid.
Where required by law, or where appropriate for material pricing changes affecting existing subscribers, we will provide advance notice.
Prices may exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
You are responsible for taxes, duties, or similar government charges associated with your purchase, except taxes based on ContioReach's income.
We work to provide a reliable service, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted availability. ContioReach may occasionally be unavailable because of:
Any uptime percentage published on our website is a service objective unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise.
We may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance where necessary to:
We may provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practical.
ContioReach and its underlying software, designs, interfaces, documentation, branding, trademarks, technology, and other materials are owned by ContioReach or our licensors.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of ContioReach intellectual property to you.
Subject to these Terms and your applicable subscription, we grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use ContioReach for your authorized business or personal use.
We welcome product feedback.
If you provide ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or other feedback about ContioReach, you grant us permission to use that feedback to improve or develop our products without restriction or compensation.
This does not give us ownership of your Customer Content.
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that personal information you collect, upload, or process through ContioReach is handled in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the service and information processed through it.
You are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to secure your own account and integrations. This includes protecting:

We may suspend or restrict your access to ContioReach where reasonably necessary because of:

If a signed agreement expressly conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the matters covered by that agreement.
