We want ContioReach billing to be clear and predictable.
This Refund Policy explains how trials, cancellations, refunds, renewals, plan changes, and billing issues are handled.
ContioReach offers subscription plans with different features, limits, and usage allowances. Current pricing and plan details are always available on our Pricing page.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout:
We do not list individual plan prices in this policy so that the policy remains accurate if our pricing changes.
ContioReach may offer a free trial to eligible new customers.
Where a free trial does not require payment information, you will not be charged unless you choose to start a paid subscription.
If a trial requires a payment method or automatically converts into a paid subscription, those terms will be shown clearly before you begin the trial.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings or by contacting us.
Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You can continue using the features included in your subscription until that period ends.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically create a refund for a billing period that has already started.
If you are purchasing a paid ContioReach subscription for the first time, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
To request a refund, contact: support@contioreach.com
Please include:
Where applicable consumer law gives you stronger cancellation or refund rights, those rights will continue to apply.
After the initial 14 day refund period, monthly subscription charges are generally non refundable once the billing period has started.
Exceptions may apply where:
Cancelling a monthly subscription prevents the next renewal from being charged.
For annual subscriptions, refund requests made within the first 14 days of the initial purchase are eligible under the first purchase refund policy.
After that period, you may request a prorated refund for unused full months remaining in the annual subscription term. Any annual billing discount may be taken into account when calculating the refundable amount.
Custom plans or separately negotiated agreements may have different refund terms.
Subscription renewals are generally non refundable once the new billing period begins.
Exceptions may apply where:
If you do not want your subscription to renew, cancel it before the renewal date.
When you upgrade your ContioReach plan, billing adjustments may be applied based on:
The exact adjustment may depend on your billing provider and subscription configuration.
Upgrading does not normally create a cash refund for unused time on the previous plan.
When you downgrade your plan, the change may take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You can continue using the features and limits of your current plan until the downgrade becomes effective.
Downgrades do not normally create a cash refund unless required by law or expressly approved by ContioReach.
ContioReach may offer additional paid capacity for features such as:
Charges for capacity that has already been used are generally non refundable.
Any refund treatment for unused prepaid capacity will be based on the terms presented when that capacity is purchased.
If you believe you were:
contact us as soon as possible.
We will investigate genuine billing errors and correct them where appropriate.
If a subscription payment fails, ContioReach may retry the payment.
We may also temporarily restrict access to paid features while a balance remains unpaid.
If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription may be suspended or cancelled.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method wherever possible.
After a refund is approved, it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Actual processing time depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider. ContioReach cannot control processing delays caused by financial institutions.
Taxes are refunded only where required by applicable tax rules and where the underlying transaction is eligible for a refund.
Custom plans may be governed by separate agreements.
If a signed agreement contains billing, cancellation, or refund terms that differ from this Refund Policy, the signed agreement will control.
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests where we reasonably believe the refund process is being abused.
Examples may include repeated purchases followed by repeated refund requests or attempts to use substantial paid capacity before requesting a refund.
This does not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
We may update this Refund Policy as our billing practices, plans, or legal requirements change.
The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was most recently updated.
Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.
