Subscription Plans and Pricing
ContioReach offers multiple subscription plans with different features, limits, and pricing. Current pricing is available at https://contioreach.com/pricing. All subscription fees are charged in US Dollars unless stated otherwise.

- Annual billing charged once per year with discounted pricing (save up to 17%)
- Plan features and limits vary depending on the selected tier
- Three paid tiers: Starter ($24/month), Professional ($59/month), and Agency ($119/month)
Free Plan
ContioReach offers a free plan that allows users to access limited features of the platform without payment. Users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional capabilities, higher content generation limits, and advanced functionality.

Get started with 60 blog posts, 1 workspace, and full features — no credit card required.
Payment Processing
We accept payments via credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available during checkout. By providing your payment information, you authorize ContioReach to charge your selected payment method for subscription fees and related charges.
- Payments are due upon purchase or subscription renewal
- Enterprise contracts may include custom payment terms
- Payments are processed through secure payment providers
- ContioReach does not store full credit card details on its servers
- All transactions are encrypted and processed securely
Subscription Auto-Renewal
Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period as the original subscription unless canceled before the renewal date. Renewal charges will be applied at the then current pricing for the selected plan.
Renewal Notifications
We will send email notifications before your subscription renews to remind you of upcoming charges and give you the opportunity to cancel if desired.
Price Changes
If we change our pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will take effect on your next billing cycle.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing section of your account or by contacting our support team. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Policy
If you are a consumer, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase of a paid subscription. Refund requests can be made by contacting support@contioreach.com.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available for first-time subscribers within 14 days of their initial purchase. Subsequent renewals, upgrades, or downgrades are not eligible for refunds unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
Refund Process
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 5-10 business days of approval. This refund policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refunds are prorated based on unused months remaining in your subscription period, minus any discount received for annual billing.
Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined, we may temporarily suspend certain features until the issue is resolved. Accounts that remain unpaid may be suspended or permanently terminated.
- We will attempt to retry failed payments up to 3 times over 7 days
- Email notifications will be sent for failed payment attempts
- Account access may be limited during payment failure periods
- Content generation and API access may be suspended for unpaid accounts
- Accounts with failed payments for more than 30 days may be permanently terminated
Downgrades and Plan Changes
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades and at the next billing cycle for downgrades.
Upgrade Charges
When upgrading, you will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period, and your next bill will reflect the new plan price.
Downgrade Limitations
When downgrading, you may lose access to certain features and your usage limits will be reduced to match your new plan. Content exceeding new limits will remain accessible but new content creation may be restricted.
Enterprise and Custom Plans
Enterprise customers with custom contracts may have different billing terms, payment schedules, and refund policies as specified in their individual agreements.

Taxes and Additional Fees
Subscription prices do not include applicable taxes, which will be added to your bill based on your location and local tax regulations.

- Tax rates are determined automatically based on your location
- Tax amounts will be clearly displayed before payment confirmation
